Replacement Certificate of Completion

Certificate of Completion: Students are responsible for keeping their Certificate of Completion in a safe place after it is issued. This certificate may be required when completing the next step of the licensing process. If a certificate is lost, damaged, or destroyed after it has been issued, a replacement certificate may be issued.

Lost certificate of completion for segment one or two, for students that have attended classes with "No Excuse" Driving School L.L.C.  ONLY!  Please note: We cannot issue a certificate of completion if a student did not complete the course with with "No Excuse" Driving School L.L.C.

Include your first and last name, what segment you took.

Our business hours are mon-fri 8 a.m.-2 p.m.  And certificates will be received and processed next business day.
